Update on My Warby Parker Experience…

I had to return my prescription sunglasses, no fault of Warby it was the fault of the crappy eye doc I went to under my insurance. The folks at Warby Parker paid for the shipping back and forth and fixed my prescription sunglasses not once, but twice, for FREE! Yes, that’s right… free. I even offered to pay after the eye schlock I went to got it wrong the second time.

They wanted nothing more than for me to be happy with their product. They are now my only place for prescription eyeglasses and prescription sunglasses. Customer service is not dead; it is alive and thriving at a company that helps people around the world with much needed glasses and cares about their customers at home. I know I sound like their marketing or advertising department, but anyone who knows me knows you screw up with my purchasing dollar once, your company is dead to me.

I know this is not much of a TV blog this week, but when I am treated with the highest respect and with this level of customer service I just felt the need to share it with everyone.
