On Motivational Mondays, I post something to set the tone for the week.
“It isn’t what you have, or who you are, or where you are, or what you are doing that makes you happy or unhappy. It is what you think about.”
If you think about what you don’t have, what others have done to you, or how unhappy you are, then you’ll remain stuck and unhappy. Focus your thoughts on something positive, like a goal or a memory. Just don’t put off happiness until you reach your goal. That’s a happiness trap. Be happy here, today.
