Trapped In An Elevator- New Anthology Released

Subliminal Reality

Isn’t the cover gorgeous?

I have a new story, Trapped in an Elevator, coming out in an anthology of horror stories, Subliminal Reality. All the stories explore the nature of reality, and how it might not be what you think.

Julie is late for an interview, and she gets into an elevator that has a lone man. When the elevator gets stuck, she slowly starts to realize that the man is not what he seems and her elevator ride makes her question what is real.

The anthology is available for preorder through Amazon and Barnes & Noble, and it’s being released on April 30!

Quickfic Anthology 2 published!

Hello everyone! Just a short note to let you know that Quickfic’s second anthology of really short stories has been released, and yours truly has a story featured in the anthology. The story is a reprint of First Date, so if you’ve already read that story when it was featured in Blood and Roses, then there’s nothing new of mine. But I’m sure there are other great stories in the collection. I’ll let you know once I read them.

Seasons in the Abyss, now available in digital format!

Seasons in the Abyss is now available on Kindle! For those of you who’ve been just dying to read an anthology I’m in but were waiting until it came in digital format, wait no longer. Seasons in the Abyss is a great horror anthology with the theme of the four seasons. I have stories in Winter and Spring.

The anthology has over 70 bite sized stories in it.  The stories are long enough to sink your teeth into, but short enough to read one in one sitting.

Kiss Me Deadly, An Anthology

Kiss Me Deadly: 13 Tales of Paranormal Love, edited by Trisha Telep, is a simply wonderful collection of stories by some authors I know and some authors that I will be reading in the future.  My favorites in this collection are:

1.  Lost by Justine Musk- A simply wonderful story about a girl who finds “lost” things, and a mysterious man who helps her understand that she was more power than she realizes.

2.  Behind the Red Door by Caitlin Kittredge- At first, Jo’s afraid of the ghost.  When she realizes that he just wants a friend, she befriends him, never thinking there might be something sinister…

3.  Fearless by Rachel Vincent- Sabine feeds on fear.  It never occurs to her that she may not always be the scariest thing around.

All the stories in this anthology were great, but for these three, I’ve looked on Amazon already to see what else the authors have written.

Overall, if you’re looking for a good paranormal romance, I’d pick up this book.  Short stories always make for a fast read, and the stories are high quality.
